THE WHO IN CONCERT
Win tickets for The Who

VW Bus Meeting logoIt’s the musical highlight in Germany this autumn: The Who are special guests at the International Volkswagen Bus meeting to celebrate the 60th birthday of the VW-Bus at the Messegelaende in Hanover on October 6th. The concert is exclusively for registered VW Type 2 drivers, but in co-operation with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles we have a special raffle for Fans of the band! Anyone can enter to win 2 tickets for this exclusive event. There will be 10 pairs of tickets given away to fans all over the world!

The Who got amazing reviews from fans and critics on their World tour 2006/2007. They played famous classic hits such as My Generation, Baba O' Riley and Pinball Wizard, as well as the best songs from their new album Endless Wire that was released in October 2006. All around the world the fans celebrated the band.

To win tickets for the show, you have to be creative. We are looking for the ten most beautiful Who banners! Send us a picture of your banner dedicated to the band. You can create your banner in Photoshop or a similar program, and just send in a jpg of it. One thing: The banner must contain a VW Bus and something Who-related.

Send your photo to magicbus@thewho.de. Don’t forget to add your name, your address and an E-Mail address. The best banners will be published on http://www.thewho.de/, on http://www.thewholive.de/ and on http://www.longliverock.org. Closing date is Saturday, 22 September 2007. A jury of Who fans will select the ten winners. The decision of the jury is final.

The winners will collect their tickets at the venue on the day of the show. A co-worker from the makers of The Who Concert Guide website will be there for advice. Winners will get instructions shortly after the decision of the jury.

It would be great if you bring your banners to the show, because the band will play a special 90 minute set. In Hamburg Pete promised to play Magic Bus in Hanover!
